Responsible for directing, coordinating and exercises functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of project within area of assigned responsibility.
Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to project requirements.
Reports directly to the Project Manager/Project Director.
Reviews contract requirements and approved shop drawings and other submittal data needed.
Monitors daily accomplishment of the project.
Coordinates with other contractors regarding the condition and schedule of work.
Attend meetings with owner, consultants, contractor and other trades for coordination of the building services drawings.
Ensures proper preparation of as-built drawings, inspection and initialing each deviation or revision as well as certifies its accuracy.
Reviews mechanical submittals for compliance in specification and other requirements.
Attends construction weekly coordination meeting.
Coordinates with mechanical consultants and contractor.
Supervise/coordinate installation of HVAC and other mechanical works.
Other related works.
Graduate of an Engineering course
With at least 3 years work experience preferably in a managerial capacity handling project management in a construction business
