- Oversee and review measurement take-offs and bills of quantities for post-contract purposes.
- Lead the assessment, valuation, and certification of variations and change orders.
- Review and approve interim payment applications, final accounts, and cost reports.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on complex contractual matters, including dispute resolution and claims management.
- Monitor and analyze project costs and financial performance, including conducting cost audits and risk assessments.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior Quantity Surveyors in post-contract duties.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure effective project close-out and handover processes.
- Review and improve post-contract administration processes and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in post-contract quantity surveying practices.
- Attend professional development programs and training to enhance skills and knowledge in post-contract quantity surveying.
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering Course, preferably with license
- With at least 5 years experience gained in construction industry specifically in HVAC/ Mechanical Works
- With good communication skills
